Gilbert Arenas HATES Nikola Jokic.. Here’s Why

Gilbert Arenas HATES Nikola Jokic.. Here’s Why

From being slammed by Gilbert Arenas for not being scary enough to how impactful of a player he is for the Denver Nuggets Gilbert Arenas has trashed Nica yic but does his criticism add up Arenas is a former NBA player that we all know for his Sharp Shooting and outspoken

Personality he recently stirred up some controversy with his comments about Nia yic according to Arenas he doesn’t really strike fear into the hearts of his fellow NBA players he pointed out that when it comes to game plans jokic’s strategies don’t quite measure up to the likes of players like Joel embiid and

Gianna Santa kmo he believes jic relies more on his teammates rather than being the aggressive force on the court that keeps Defenders up at night but it doesn’t stop there Arenas has gone on to suggest that jokic’s style of play might be the reason why he isn’t as feared as

Other players he said jokic’s game just isn’t what some might call sexy it’s not the kind of flashy high-flying basketball that gets fans on their feet Arenas thinks yoka which lacks that special it factor that would Elevate him to meast Star status the kind of player that everybody wants to tune in and

Watch now whether you agree with Arenas or not it’s important to remember that opinions and sports can be as diverse as the players themselves jic may not be the typical intimidating force on the court but his skill vision and basketball IQ have certainly earned him respect among fans and experts alike but

Arenas has a point standing at 611 yic doesn’t possess the same level of jaw-dropping athleticism as some of his counterparts on the court he’s not the guy you’ll see soaring through the air for monstrous dunks or making acrobatic moves instead yic relies on his exceptional knowledge and Court Vision

To outsmart his opponents and make precise plays another aspect worth mentioning is jokic’s help defense sometimes it can be quite abstract leaving fans and even teammates scratching their heads he’s not known for his shot blocking prowess or the ability to intimidate opponents at The Rim while he may not be a rim protector

His defensive contributions come through his positioning and anticipation and when it comes to physicality yic has shown moments of frustration when dealing with aggressive Defenders fouling him repeatedly in response he’s been known to push back and shove opposing players but he isn’t generally seen as a physical force on the court he

Prefers to avoid getting tangled up in physical battles and focuses more on finesse and skill to navigate through Defenders when it comes to scoring jokic’s numbers while impressive may not be as eye- popping as those of some other MVP candidates he’s definitely a skilled scorer but his scoring prowess

Doesn’t necessarily stand out from the crowd what truly sets him apart are his decision-making and setup abilities he can easily create opportunities for his teammates and Elevate their games but with all of that said it’s clear that Arenas had a point when he said joic doesn’t seem as menacing as some other

Guys now it’s important to remember that these arguments don’t diminish jokic’s overall impact on the game he may not possess certain intimidating qualities but his unique skill set and basketball intelligence have propelled him to the top of the league While others rely on sheer athleticism or physicality joic

Has found his own path to success making him a captivating player to watch in his own right so what makes him so great well one thing that’s impossible to ignore is jokic’s amazing passing skills he’s the main playmaker for the Denver Nuggets and his ability to dish out

Assists is next level whether he’s working from the high post or calling the shots from the perimeter people compare his passing skills to those of Legends like Bill Walton arvita sabonis and even Wilt Chamberlain he can thread the needle and find open teammates like nobody’s business but it

Doesn’t stop there jokic’s shooting has gotten better and better over time he’s got this Unique Style with a high arching shot and he can sink mid-range jumpers and three-pointers so well and when he gets down in the paint his footwork is like a work of art he fakes

Out Defenders keeps them guessing and creates scoring opportunities that leave them Scrat scratching their heads and let’s talk about his rebounding yic might not be the flashiest or most athletic guy on the court but he knows how to box out and use his size and strength to snatch those boards he’s got

A knack for finding the right position and outmuscling opponents to grab those missed shots and let’s not forget about jokic’s versatility growing up playing basketball in Serbia he developed a well-rounded game that allows him to do it all he’s not just your typical Center he can play multiple positions which

Gives him a huge Advantage he’s a mismatch nightmare for opponents but what really sets joic apart is his ability to make his teammates shine he’s not just out there for himself he’s all about elevating the game of those around him he’s got this incredible basketball IQ and creativity that maximizes the

Skills of his teammates he’s the kind of player that makes the whole team better so even though jic might not fit the mold of an intimidating player he’s still someone who brings so much to the table and makes the game exciting to watch but how does he compare to his

Peers well when it comes to scoring embiid holds the edge over both jic and an TMO averaging a staggering 33.3 points per game he knows how to put the ball in the basket with Precision plus embiid also excels in the defensive end averaging more stocks per game than both

Joic and Ana kmo even though embiid has played fewer games in minutes he still manages to deliver impressive numbers on the other hand Giannis while not the strongest Defender among the three candidates makes up for it by creating an additional 10 points per game his presence on the court significantly

Boosts his team’s net rating making an impact but it’s still worth noting that Giannis has played the fewest games among the three MVP contenders now let’s shift the focus back to yic what truly separates him from the pack is his decisionmaking it’s what makes him the center of Denver’s Universe jokic’s

Ability to read the game and make smart choices sets him apart from every other candidate he’s one of the most creative effective and willing setup men the NBA has ever seen looking at the advanced stats jokic’s ruthless efficiency shines through he leads the league in multiple categories including total rebounds

Defensive rebounds PE winshare offensive winshare and so much more showcasing his dominance on the court and let’s not forget about his outside shooting over the years jokic’s shooting has steadily improved and he’s become a gifted scorer in his own unconventional away his high arcing shot and postup game keep

Defenders guessing and make him a formidable offensive threat he may not have the highest scoring average currently sitting at 26.4 points per game but it’s still a massive figure on the boards he’s pulling down 10.7 rebounds per game slightly surpassing Giannis and yic defensively he’s contributing with 1.1 Steals and 0.7

Blocks per game while his defensive numbers may not be as high as embiid’s joic brings a unique skill set to the table with a PE R of 27.6 jokic’s efficiency is still solid although it falls behind both embiid and gianis but it’s not just about the individual stats it’s about how he leads

Inspires and elevates the entire Squad experts and NBA players both recognize jokic’s significance to the Nuggets his skill set leadership and versatility make him the heart and soul of the team when it comes to leadership yic sets the example and makes his teammates better according to Denver Nuggets assistant

Ryan Saunders jokic’s work a and dedication are infectious everyone in the building wants to work hard for him because he works hard for them he leads by example in every aspect of the game his commitment to being a great teammate is something truly special and also the driving force behind the Nugget success

He approaches the game with a mindset focused on the team’s best interests and understands the importance of utilizing his teammates talents and making sure everyone gets involved former NBA player James Worthy noted how joic is willing to pass up his own shots even even to players who have just come off the bench

Just to help the team maximize its scoring opportunities that level of selflessness is truly Next Level all in all jokic’s impact on the Denver Nuggets cannot be understated his leadership selflessness and dedication make him a true differen maker he brings out the best in his teammates and the team’s

Success is a testament to his incredible influence so from how impactful of a player he is for the Denver Nuggets to being slammed by Gilbert Arenas for not being scary enough that was why Gilbert Arena’s trash Nica yic

  1. Does he win? That's the bottom line. Lots of ways to do that. Ultimately, it's all about wining. If playground highlights do that… great. If a less sexy slightly awkward looking style wins… also great.

  2. I agree with Arenas. Also Jokic looks. He is like a high-school bully from a rich parents.

Arenas is also know as "Agent Zero", because he won zero things in his whole career.

  3. Oh shut your mouth . Jokic is a brilliant player and he wins . No he does not go and dump the ball in the basket , he is a genius on the court. Stop being jealous. JEALOUS JEALOUS

  4. No jaw dropping dunks? Maybe true, but his buckets count the same. Dont get points for style. 26.0 ppg / 10.7 rb / 8.9 assits in January. Oh by the way he's making 72% of his shots, 50% from 3.

  5. Why he doesn't like him? Because Gilbert Arenas is loser, never won anything, and didn't leave any mark in NBA. Forgotten player, one – big – 0

  6. Arenas is just a shit talker. He hasn't won a damn thing in his life and trashes 2 time MVP and NBA champion. Jokic is not your prototypical NBA player, yet he dominates the NBA. And I for one prefer to wathc Jokic over any other player in the NBA.

  7. Jokic is a walking HoF'er. A living legend who NBA fans all over the country take their kids to see, so one day they can say they saw the Goat play in his prime.
But, who the fuck is Gilbert Arenas?
Never mind, like everyone else, I don't care.

  8. People only think Jokic is "boring to watch" because he does not commit to dunking, like a LeBron James type of player. It makes perfect sense for him not to do it though, it does not suit his play style. Jokic likes to be in control over the pace of the game, slow it down and outskill his opponents through passing and fundamentals. He does not need to be explosive cause he can outskill and outsmart his opponent.

  9. Gilbert Arenas hates Jokic, possibly because Jokic chooses not to carry a gun to his games like Arenas did. Arenas is a human mistake.

  10. He’s talents are in he’s hands. Passing and shooting, And he has the intelligence to make great last minutes decisions.

  11. Joker is definitely the number one all time funniest looking NBA superstar. He looks like a gigantic seven foot nerd with no apparent muscularity. He's also the perfect example of why you can't always judge a book by it's cover. He's almost impossible to shutdown, he's the most complete player in the NBA, his passing and game IQ are mind boggling. The stat lines he put up in the 2023 playoffs have never been seen before. He could put up 50 a night against Arenas 7/24/365.

  12. Last I check Joker has a ring finals mvp back to back mvps and always available. If he played for Boston or Lakers he wouldn't get the hate he gets. Glad he's in Denver

  13. Joker is one of the main reasons I have started tuning into NBA games more often…He is changing the league and forcing it to turn in a more favorable direction – all while delivering the most important product = WINS

  14. Ive noticed it depends who hes talking to when its people wholl call him out its jokers the greatest but when hes talking to other haters he slanders the hell outta joker

  15. Im confused cause Gil jus said it doesnt matter how it looks!! As long as ur putting the ball in the basket & getting the job done smh

  16. Arenas is mediocrity he don't have right to talk about people who are better then him I don't know what was his team I don't remember ever watch him play and name mean even less!

  17. International players are exposing the American players. Giannis, Joker, Embied, Luka etc, and these clowns are simply jealous and xenophobic.

  18. if you can not compete and stay with Jokic toe to toe you start looking for an excuse … he is not athletic, YES! he is not, neither Luka is .. but arent they a threat ? One has done more than the most athletic dudes in a history of NBA could not. And lets just admit, people of colours are just way more athletic genetically than white folks. it is a fact. So once you have a white dude who is running through the league that is supposed to be dominated by others , people start whining …. same with Eminem … hip-hop is a black music, but Eminem is the best!

  19. Jokic will be found on the floor, not sitting on the bench ailing from an injury suffered by performing an “acrobatic stunt”, intimidating the opposition.

  20. This boy is a hater. I never even heard or this lil dude. You know what, we all appreciate Jokic high percentage shots, we dont like overrated overspoken average players. Nuggets Will win Again in 2024
