I think Sarr will be the #1 guy come draft time. Basketball, at the end of the day, is a game that if your best player is tall you will have an easier time winning. I think a limiting factor in the Wall years (and Beal too) was that our best player was 6’3. In the modern history of basketball only like Isiah Thomas and Steph Curry have been the clear best player on championship teams and were small guards.
Now sometimes the best player in your draft isn’t a big but a guard (Luka’s draft) but there’s a reason why any big with a minimum talent level rises quickly. Sarr is a project no doubt. But if he hits whatever team gets him will be on the fast track to being good.
