When the refs watch this back it should be a tech on Grant and free throws to Phoenix. That is what would really stop this shit happening, punishing the actual offender, he knows exactly what he's doing and instigated this whole situation deliberately to create techs/ejections.
Punishing everyone involved just inflames tensions and makes further conflict more likely. The refs should be able to say yes, Nurk and KD you shouldn't have done that, but Williams instigated and he is the one getting T'd up.
