Yet I know it’s tough they hire Doc Rivers make sense of it for me are the Bucks making a mistake I wish I could make sense of it for you but I can’t um I don’t necessarily think it’s a mistake because they’re talking about a culture change locker room doc play Doc Rivers

Was a was a player in this league he can you know he got James Harden to be a passer and not be that aggressive as a scorer and all that and kind of Buy in even though when James left James had some stuff to say but he wasn’t saying

It during the season so you get a guy to come in the locker room and kind of you know Iron some things out from that standpoint but when I look at Doc Rivers as a coach you have 10 game seven losses so when I listen to that and you hire

Doc Rivers on a really good basketball team second best record in the NBA I truly think this is a short-term thing if you do not win a championship it’s going to look like okay we moving off Doc and nobody’s going to be surprised you know because Doc Rivers has shown

You that he cannot win championships consistently yes he won one long time ago but consistently he cannot win champ ship so I think this is a short-term thing to be honest with you because if you hire him right now and you do not win the championship it’s going to be

Easy to say we are going to get another head coach Point Blank period you bring somebody in there that’s done a little bit more than doc River especially in the postseason and he does it again you might have to keep him with Doc Rivers if he does not win a championship I

Think they move on from him anyway so you know I think it’s a good good business move for them knowing that Doc Rivers is not successful in the postseason a good that doesn’t make sense your last sentence doesn’t makes sense it’s a good business move knowing Doc Rivers isn’t successful make sense

Develop this team I I didn’t see the growth and Maxi he’s a superstar young player why you not growing him you had guys like Rondo that that that I’ve seen from the beginning to the end where he got better and better and better and brought him a championship I didn’t see

That with Doc Rivers right and if you look at all the teams he had he had so much talent from the Clippers team like come on the screen already got and and then and to get even better for you he’s coached the most First Team all NBA guys
