The current plan for Ben Simmons is to practice this weekend with members of Long Island Nets (G League) at Nets’ HSS team facility, per SNY sources. If all goes well, Simmons could be back as early as next week. He has out since Nov. 6 due nerve impingement in his lower back.

  1. Can someone post the video now of him making every shot in practice?

Sure and then what will he play, 1 game and reinjure himself?

Can’t wait to see Ben Simmons play for the Brooklyn Nets some time next week.

Great, hopefully he gets a good run at it but I’m hesitant to get my hopes up

  5. We were 10000x better with Ben on the floor. I’m going to enjoy the ten games he plays

As much as I would love a healthy Ben on the team, we all knows he’s gonna get reinjured almost immediately. I just hope the next time he does, he retires.

What’s the betting odds he has a set back

    Who cares?

But also, I think JV will stop playing with Cam’s minutes if Ben is out there to defend.

    Small victories fellas. Small victories.

Man. Even when he does come back, he’s gonna be timid as hell

  10. Hell yeah build that trade value up from the Grand Canyon

Dinwiddie said it best, This is Ben’s franchise

  12. Well even if he does come back and scores like 6-8 points it’s better than what DFS and Dinwiddie have been…

  13. Just let him sit out till his contract is done. It’s over. Why bother anymore?

  14. Nobody believes this and practically nobody cares at this point. The only question is, can Simmons resurrect his value to the point where we’d at least get a protected FRP in the off-season for him??
