Drew how would you explain what happened tonight good old fashion ass who why um they did everything better um rebounding transition uh 50/50 ball um seemed like they were a step ahead you guys have been so good all season about not letting shots and shots not falling affect defense what was different
Tonight uh you know I think um after some of those shots and I don’t think it’s about eort effort I think we went out there and tried to uh rebound get offensive rebounds and things like that but I think they got a lot of transition points a lot of leak out points where
Maybe we just weren’t concentrating on um getting back defensively but uh they played well that’s all to it’s coming off that when in Miami can games like this be a good reminder definitely humbling you know um I think to be able to kind of uh come home and and get your butt kick
But we know this a long season we know that we can learn from this and and just kind of holding in our back pocket always be in the back of our head when um we have a good game the day before or the game before guys have been so good
At attacking mismatches this year Jason said it wasn’t always obvious Who attack on their defense what do you guys kind of see out there offensively as you were trying to find that the shots I think kind of like what JT said they’re a really good defensive team um
A lot of length uh athleticism to be able to um guard one through four one through five so uh you know I think honestly we just got to go back and look at the look at the tap see what uh we can do better how we can get our offense
To move a little better they were in some weird spots defensively rotating looked like they disrupted some passes were they just kind of unpredictable out there no uh honestly I think especially at first we got a lot of good shots uh a lot of wide open shots missed them I
Think sometimes that kind of affects our defense but you know at the end of the day you still got to take them and even when they’re not falling it looks bad but um you just got have a confidence to keep going out there and shooting because uh I mean with every slump
Somebody get on the streak how hard is that you had one that went in and out it seemed like you turned around and said oh my God like you were just kind of like very physically frustrated how hard is it get past that and not have it affect you on a defense
Uh I’ve been doing this for a while you know I’ve had slumps and games where I haven’t shot the ball well so uh I think it’s pretty easy but sometimes you just want to see one go in you guys have the best record in the league but you’re I
Think five and six against like the other top seven teams in the league so obviously those are going to be the hardest games but what do you feel like is something think that’s missing why you don’t have like a winning record against those top teams I don’t know I didn’t Noti today
Yeah any other questions for Drew how about what can you guys do offensively to be more organized and consistent against some just top defense again we were playing well we were organized for the most part at least in the first half um like I said we got a lot of good

We blew out the Clippers last month 145-108. Both teams are top teams. We missed KP who would have disrupted some of their shots. On to the next.
No big deal. We blew them out a few weeks ago, they blew us out tonight. That’s the way the NBA goes. Roll on Monday.
Need to add a big at the deadline, we have the best starting 5 but the bench could cost us and KP has an injury history.
Joe Mazzula is not making adjustments quick enough and he is going to get out coached when he gets in the playoffs if he just allows them to continue to chuck up threes and play isolation Hero ball

I feel like we should stop saying Boston is a contender. They are a great regular season team, but they haven't earned being called anything else.
The whole “record vs top teams” thing isn’t great, but it’s a bit overblown. We had by far the best winning percentage vs top teams last season, yet we still couldn’t get back to the Finals. In the end, we just gotta make sure we’re playing our best come playoff time. That’s it.
4 of the starters shot cumatively 13.5%. No team can win with that poor shooting.
The Boston Celtics are FRAUDS. This team will NOT win the championship. They STOP caring and STOP playing when their threes don't go in. I'm so sick of it, you would think they would learn from their previous year's mistakes, but no. Joe MazuLLa wants them to keep shooting more and more threes. I'm done with it.

The clippers were playing off a back to back.😂it seemed like boston played back to back games they are overrrated.all they do is shoot 3 s.if thats not going in their in trouble because they rely on the 3 s to much.😂

Brissette got on and we looked alive. We're too static with Horford on the floor. Not enough impact for minutes played. Rebounds at least. Box out to prevent 2nd chance points at least. Trade Horford get a big rebounder that can defend in the paint. We've got enough long range shooters without him. Kornet gives us something at the rim.
