In Booker’s first four seasons the Suns peaked at 24 wins.
The Suns didn’t finish the season with a winning record until Booker’s 6th season.
It’s hard to imagine Luka being on such bad teams. I think you could literally put Luka on the Pistons and they win more than 24 games.
