Remember it took a few years of Demar getting no respect but still attacking anyway, those calls started happening and he’s been a FT demon for decade +

I hate to say it, but he might have to exaggerate a bit more. I really hate all the foul baiting in the league right now, but to be honest it works. I don’t know where you draw the line, but until the league fixes the rules I don’t blame anyone for taking advantage of it.
Plus we’ve seen this with a lot of the bigger/stronger players, where they just don’t get a lot of calls because they can just play through the contact.

I commented on this last night. It was nuts. Trae Young was getting lightly tapped on the shoulder, immediate whistle. Scottie Barnes was getting his arm slapped multiple times when he was going up to shoot, whistles nowhere to be found. Would have made me unhealthily angry if I cared about winning vs losing.
