There is smoke coming out the Lakers' locker room. Do you think that might indicate a fire? I do. When Rui says he doesn't know what his role is, as he did a few weeks back, that's smoke. When Dlo says he's had to go to the coach and ask him what he has to do to get his trust, that's smoke. When LeBron starts taking over the huddle and drawing up plays, as he did in the Warrior's game, that's smoke.
If I could peek inside the locker room doors, I would swear I was seeing the fire of Darvin Ham losing the respect of the players. In other words, Ham is about to lose that locker room, if he hasn't already. What's worse is the team hasn't gotten into March yet in which every opponent is at or near the top of the conferences. Tell me mounting loses wouldn't fan the flames of players totally checking out on Ham. If so, what then?
Will Ham's seat get too hot even for the touchy, feely attachments of Jeannie Buss? Would she actually fire Ham during mid-season? If Ham starts putting a team on the floor that's lethargic and clearly disinterested, I don't know if she would have a choice.
Rui 16pts in 22mins and he wasn't a minus but people hating on him. I don't get it. He had 0 turnovers. Reaves on the other hand, had 2 turnovers, scored only 8pts in 30mins. Smfh.
The Lakers need to trade Reaves. What is the organization looking at? They can't be keeping him because he's good. Somebody tell me what it really is 😏
Matt’s reaching HARD on LeBron playing more mpg and b2b vs ATL bc of 40,000 points which is non sensical considering he’s still playing at an All NBA level. He may play another 4-5 years for all we know or longer (if Vegas doesn’t come up to be bought by then) and could end up at 45k-50k points. Regardless 40,000 points was always going to happen (would of happened sooner with better health in Lakers tenure + no shortened 19-20 20-21 Covid years) so why would he need to be going for it so hard like he’s retiring after this year? That said it’s undoubtedly Ham’s fault regardless of what Bron wants (just like it was Dantoni playing Kobe way to many mpg I. 2012-13 regardless of what Kobe wanted in year 17). LeBron should be at closer to 28-32 mpg range, but moronic Ham has played him like 38 mpg AFTER IST championship game which is insanity!
PS Austin Reaves since December 30, over his last 16 games

He’s on a good contract for sure and a solid offensive player, but should be tradable for more then just all star players imo, but I do understand he’s one of lakers best assets that another team would actually want.
18 teams passed on Cam Whitmore (including my Pacers at 7 and I wanted him Bilal Coulibaly or Lively bc highest upside there imo) before Houston took him and everything I read said his interviews & medicals were bad. I hated we passed on him, but felt better once he fell to 20. I actually liked JHS as a prospect and still think he can be good, but on Lakers it made little since over Cam, Jaquez Jr or trading it for a Buddy Hield or some other good shooter/big.
I feel like the bench guys play more fluid than the regular rotation guys and they need to be played. The regular rotation guys look burnt out and frustrated.
Please!!! Stop feeling this players head with Bogus expectations every time they have a rare!!! Good game this fuckers are not going anywhere period they should stop! fooling them self's
That Warriors game was exciting and they brought their A game where both Klay and Curry were dropping 3’s and Green was doing his thing; doesn’t get any better than that. All that excitement but it was still a last place team and the Lakers overthought about these kind of games which was just a last place team. You just knew the Lakers were going to overemphasize that game with a hangover and lose to Houston. The ejection of Vando just goes to show that the Lakers still need to make trades even if it’s just a trade of Hayes and 2nd round pick(s) for Drummond to get rebounds. The Lakers are fragile with even an injury to role players and they are broken.

Cam Whitmore. Ouch.

Feels sad and hopeless
When we win one game and lose another all the time😢
No matter who’s in or out
😢
There championship was vs warriors other night this is true reflection of lakers tonight 😅
pelinka do your job…not dlo is the problem instead you are the problem.

Was great to see 20th pick Cam Whitmore going toe-to-toe with the great can't miss talent Jalen Hood Schifino.
Trade AR that guy is defense liability. Fred and Jalen torch him today.
This season is over the front office made bad offseason signings that we all didn’t see and the time and it’s time to move on from Lebron
Main reason no coach preparation and accountability, and unfortunately the coach is making us wish TP will have a season ending injury 😕

Another year of the Lakers being nothing more than a .500 team. They seem deadset on winning a game and then losing the next one every week.
Masterlock Pelinka for not drafting Cam Whitmore. JHS is a bust.
Austin Reaves needs to be traded. I would like a DLo & Murray backcourt better. Reaves not that special of a ball player!
Thumbs up if you can call a Lakers loss within the first 2 minutes of the first quarter. I can. 100% no fail.

I looked at the schedule. It looks Brutal.
Never seen Trevor so frustrated! Says something about where we are and what this coach is doing to this team! Love your work Trevor 😎🔥
Ham is a dumb dude..😮😮

When It's all said and Done Luka Doncic could be the NEW GOAT of the NBA
"THIS GAME PROVED I AM THE GOAT PAD STATTER OF ALLLLLLLLLL TIIIIIIIIIIIIIME". BTW Ham you want to be traded ?
