We’ll, it was just one game and I might be overreacting a little bit, but I think Ben Simmons may be the best Net of all time.

I think Utah slept on the nets and came out flat, some of Ben’s early action was a result of that. Regardless I thought he played well for being off 12 weeks. That being said, the 2 things I’ll be looking at going forward are:
I need to see him with Clax on the floor, JV has said it’s tough to not have 4 shooters surrounding Ben. The Nets can’t survive long term with Ben at the 5.
If he can’t push the pace, he ends up not doing a whole lot in the half-court offense. Would like to see him work as the PG in our half-court sets instead of him sitting in the dunker spot once the break isn’t there. – Playoff basketball is all about half-court offense.

Dinwiddie doesn’t want to be hear and it’s obvious over the last week. Wish we could ship him for a point guard

As I said before, he raises our floor. We still probably suck with him but we suck less as he is a 6’10 PG. Our competency baseline goes up with him running the show, everyone falls in place (Cam and Mikal don’t have to create as much)
