   I fully expect Paolo to be named an all star on Thursday.. which means it’s not gonna happen

   This has no correlation to Paolo being an all star. Just another accolade to put on his resume. I’d be shocked if he wasn’t an all star, but, who knows, we’ll see on Thursday.

   Conversely, if they left him off of the RS roster they’d be alluding to his first all star appearance.

   I have my doubts about whether he gets voted in or not but I don’t think this has any correlation to that.
