Double digit leads literally get blown every night in the NBA teams make runs. It’s about how you respond once the other team makes their run. To much talent in this league to not expect close games. Proud of the guys tonight.
Blowing out everyone in the playoffs doesn’t happen. You find out a lot about a team that can adjust when things aren’t going well. I like seeing this team get tested in crunch time because you need to be prepared for everything.
Yeah it’s not like they’re purposefully stepping off the gas on certain possessions. It’s hard to stay locked in for 48 minutes a game for 82 games. That’s where you have to hone your focus and find consistency, so games like this should hopefully be something to learn from rather than moan about.
