Duncan starting was fantastic. He needs to be out there to start getting hot early.

Coming off the bench he is a non factor.

I don’t think moving Tyler to the second unit is an auto-solve. It can be the right move but I think it needs to be part of a larger shift:

If you keep Herro in the starting lineup, you’re asking him to be a spot-up shooter and cutter. He needs to be a better Duncan Robinson. He is certainly capable. I think the problem there happens when you being in Duncan with the second unit, who is the playmaker/ball handler in that scenario?

That sounds like it’s a good idea to have Herro be the ball handler with the second unit. But I’d like to see him have a solid PnR partner in that second unit. Who is that? If Bam is sitting in this scenario, I’m not sure Love or Bryant are ideal.

Therefore, I’d like to see Herro moving to second unit accompanied by that big player. Jovic is better utilized as a secondary outlet. So who can we get to set the pick with Caleb and a 2nd round pick? Not much I’m afraid
