[Shams] Disconnect that exists between Darvin Ham and Lakers’ Locker room has NOT gone away; LA still targeting Murray but something to keep an eye on are: Dorian Finney-Smith, Spencer Dinwiddie, Royce O’Neale.

The next week is going to be insufferable with conflicting reports.

  2. kasaan110

Those three would require Rui Gabe and dlo and picks That’s too much

  3. KingNephew

Maybe Nets brought in as a 3rd team? If you can get back Murray/DFS, that’s a lot better than the shit we have now. Still need a center though, then target the buyout market.

  4. Independent-Ad-3564

so Murray talks still alive. Not trusting anyone but Shams or Woj

  5. NotGonnaGetCaught

    I would love DFS

Seeing him on the bench watching Prince play 30 minutes while he plays 15 would be exciting

  6. Murray dfs and a backup center would be huge

All wouldnt matter if ham is still at the helm

  7. Good time to repost this metaphor about Jeanie and her Ham problem:

    > Lakers have a leaky toilet problem, but rather than replacing the pipes, @JeanieBuss thinks swapping out the wet toilet rug will fix the issue. Sadly, that new toilet rug will also end up getting soaked. The pipes will still need to be replaced sooner rather than later. #FireHam

  8. blacPanther55

Getting Dinwiddle would be idiotic. DFS is overrated on here as well.

  9. GoalPublic3579

Murray and DFS would be glorious tbh. Two guys who actually at least have the potential to defend

  10. Gelato_Mulatto

None of this is going to save the team. Just fire Ham and let the season play out instead of making rash trades every season.

  11. lolxddavid

If we trade 2029 for Dinwiddie or a 30 year old DFS standalone, I’m hanging myself

  12. life_is_a_burner

There’s no trade that’s going to fix a “disconnect” in the locker room. Save the FRP.

  13. Bright_Obligation_56

Larvae Hamas is causing insurmountable suffering to all Lakers followers across the globe.

  14. TitaniumHwayt

Even if you give Giannis and Steph to the Lakers if the coach refuses to play them AND the player is disconnected with the coach – shit wont happen.

  15. urban_royalty

Idk how it will be, but man, ….ownership and the front office have let the Lakers down too many times over the past 10 years already. It’s sad to say, but Jeanie probably doesn’t have what it takes. In her tenure, I feel like it’s been more bad than good.

  16. IceColdTrey7

If Nets would accept Rui + TP + Hayes + 3 2nds for DFS + Royce I would do it.

  17. Theoneandonlylog

Who even cares. Just wasting assets. No trade is gonna fix this team

  18. EvilGeniusGL

First off, none of the options are great.

I like the Nets players more than Dejonte. I would take Dejonte, but I don’t know if he makes any difference because…

Darvin is still the coach and lost the locker room. You don’t get that back, and it usually worsens as time goes on and you keep losing.

If I were the Lakers, I’d go for the Nets players or see if
you could somehow swing Caruso/Drummond, and most importantly send Ham home and see what Phil Handy could do.

That’s the only fix I see.

  19. Wise_Ad_112

As long as Ham is the coach we will not get anywhere. Trade who ever you want, the coach is the same and that’s the biggest issue no one seems to want to solve in the lakers

  20. Filip_N997

How and why is Dinshitty in any trade talks with us i do not get. The guy couldn’t throw a lob pass to save his life.

  21. ValuableAssociate8

D Lo had the 3rd most minutes last night only had 9 points. Trash get him out of LA

  22. Dinwiddie is one of the most inefficient players in the league and we are targeting him? No shot

  23. Global_Lion2261

As someone who’s watched a bunch of nets games, none of these guys are very good, especially if you want consistency lol

  24. bored_today

Need to start seeing some other coach names. These trades are not going to move the needle at all.

  25. Pikminious_Thrious

A Dinwiddie trade that sends out DLO and picks would be the most inept move in recent history. Like worse than the WB trade

If we’re forced to do that but also get Royce and DFS back then its ok, but straight PG for PG trade should be fireable

  26. runninthruthe818

Dinwiddie is absolute trash living off some reputation from days past.

DFS is whats in the fridge when your mom says ‘We have Vando at home’

Either make a trade for a legitimate playmaker (Murray) or pack it up and punt the season no need to waste assets when Ham is still your coach anyway.

You guys seriously believe that Ham wouldn’t trot out a lineup of Dinwiddie Reaves Prince Bron AD?

  27. brendanhahaha

Even with a trade, Ham probably going to still play Prince 25+ minutes a night.

  28. ArtizeRRRR

This clown has to go! It’s so stupid that the lakers don’t get rid of this guy already.. at this point he has lost the locker room, can’t make rotations, can’t play the right players and is totally clueless on how to coach in general.. JUST GET IT OVER WITH AND FIRE THIS MORON.

  29. That bucks coach that just got fired seem to be good.  Give me Budenholzer.  Kenny Atkinson.  Anyone besides Ham.

  30. ktran2804

An unprotected First for Dinwiddie would make me ill lol DFS is nice but not if we have to give up all of our assets he’s not that guy.

  31. Kazaki-dum

We are doing Kuzma so fucking dirty if we get Spencer Din shitty please this guy is absolute ass

  32. alexamerling100

Can we trade Prince so Ham will stop starting him?
