Jaylen Brown: “It is an honor to play for an organization that has made a long-term commitment to our community.”
Says the Raise the Age bill makes all the sense in the world: “All of us in this room, including myself, were one decision away from being in a different situation.”

I think that should be consistent with the legal drinking age. If you are treated as an adult, you should be allowed to drink alcohol legally.
If they are still juveniles then take away the right to vote.
it should depend on the crime. all violent crimes should be adult
Hell yeah
I don’t have enough information to give a proper thought on how I feel about the bill, but I’m happy that jaylen is taking action on something he believes in. That’s a great character trait to have
Love him doing this for the community. But this billās existence really shows how much of a failure our current adult system is.
I’m usually hard on crime but definitely this. I did what I had to do when I was struggling and I’m thankful I met someone who taught me better.
You just don’t know, what you don’t know
Love it. Good for Jaylen!
Love having this guy. Even if you disagree with his opinion, he cares and genuinley wants to make life better for black kids in the state.
I was at a C’s game earlier this season, and JB came out and talked about this. but strangely didn’t explain exactly what “raise the age” meant.
My wife and I were trying to guess what the hell it was (voting, drinking, military service??) Only when I got cell coverage was I able to look it up.
21 should really be the āadultā age. I mean even then I didnāt feel like an adult, but more than I did at 19 I guess lol
