Please fucking God please. How reputable is this guy? I’m not too familiar with LA specific sources

Everybody knows what the problem is, but Rob and Jeanie are scared to make a change knowing they’re next in line to be blamed if there’s still no progress.
They’re both not fit for their jobs so it’s hard to imagine any changes taking place.

The media is pouncing here. I feel the Lakers are on such shaky ground, continuing to lose will look worse than firing another coach. Think Ham will be gone before the end of the season.

There is plenty of talent on the Lakers right now. It’s just being mismanaged and poorly coached. Everybody with a functioning brain can see how disorganized the players playing defense, and their uncertain how Ham wants them to play on offense, that their shot gets all messed up and they lose confidence. When Sports Talk starts firing Ham, you know lady Buss doesn’t want to be mauled in the press. She is counting here Penny’s to see how much another coach will cost her. And, what she should really do is have Rob pay for 1/2 the salary. How does Rob give a unproven rookie coach a 5 year contract. How does a professional GM do that?

At this point I even think the media wants Ham gone. It’s hurting the overall product and viewership.

Jeanie just refused to pay for another coach coz she is cheap. Thats the reason why she hired Ham. The remaining experienced coach on the market rn won’t be as cheap also.

If you need proof you can do anything in life without being remotely good at it look at Irwin.

Firing at the very least will fix rotations. The easy rotation fix is the lineup from last season. You can do a lot more fine tuning than that, but that lineup change should have been done weeks ago, if not months
