Hmm. I liked our momentum in the fourth.

Not having our backup big, our small ball center, and 6’10” PG hurt a ton and PHX punished us. Definitely could have made some adjustments but Nurkic would’ve killed anyone on our roster inside (yes that includes Giles and Clowney). Would’ve liked to see Clax play more than 30 minutes though.

    Onto Philly.

Last win against the Suns started something bad for the Nets. Maybe this loss will start something good?! 🤞😅

This roster is too small and has no balance. We have a million forwards with no PG and no real C. Why hasn’t Marks made a trade yet?

Tsai needs to sell the team.

Imagine blowing up a team that went 18-2 just because you had a personal issue against one of the players. Additionally, getting offered the chance to start anew and build a long-term sustainable contender afterwards just to instead choose to be the Bulls 2.0 to sell a couple more tickets.

JV must have been told he’s not getting fired. Never seen a coach at 19-28 smile as much as he has.

I really don’t like jv because I feel like he’s under utilized our pieces that we should really be building around. HOWEVER, I LOVED THAT GRIND OUT ENERGY IN THE 4TH. NOTHING EASY IN BROOKLYN. PRESS EVERY PLAY. JUST TOO LITTLE TOO LATE

This isn’t really about the game, but it’s just fascinating how someone as big and built as Ben Simmons can be so injury prone. Like you just look at him funny, and he crumbles.

But you have someone like Mikal Bridges who’s all skin and bones, and eats Chipotle all day. Yet he’s made of some titanium alloy or something. Dude just doesn’t get hurt.

Really goes to show just how important genetics are when it comes to being an athlete. It’s probably one of the biggest reasons why Nets front office is so obsessed with keeping Mikal. He’s a high usage player who’s always available.

I swear the +/- stat means nothing because lonnie really turned it around for us in the 4th and cam johnson was barely present in the 2nd half. awful stat in my opinion

  10. SerDel812

Shoulda gave Yuta a tribute video and stuck it to KD.

  11. Big_Award5259

EVERYONE EVERYONE should be considered tradable.

Even mikal bridges … he is a ROLE playerrrr, i might keep cam thomas but thats itt.

This organization has no clear set path for it’s future smh

  12. Decent_Scholar_3250

cam had a solid 25 tonight. outside of ben coming back. What can the team do to build around his game and inject some jet fuel into what his skill set could do for the team?

  13. gleeson630

They played about as well as you can expect. They didn’t embarrass us. Refs didn’t let us get away with anything. It’s still late in the season to do anything but we can move on and hope to win the next. No need to post negative shit for no reason and whine and cry. It’s not worth it just bc it was Kd.

This team is still gonna choke a lot of games. This was just a hard game with only Giles and Claxton. Dfs or Simmons would have been helpful.

Mikal needs to get new friends. His friends disrespect him too much tbh. It’s not just some throwaway game for Mikal, the guy played with you for years.

Man.. I want to love this team, but how is it that just 1 person out in Ben Simmons, can change the dynamic of this team so much. They play soo slow, and the defense just doesn’t seem to click. Frustrating.

  15. Lol, those nurk points were like when my dad beat me one on one when I was in 7th grade. I was a better shooter and dribbler than him, but he would back me down and score at will.

Just unfair, don’t know why jv didn’t at least try giles during the non clax minutes.

  16. Future_Network_2158

I just don’t see how the nets can turn down a rockets offer. If they’re offering 2-3 of our picks now for bridge sweeten the deal and get all the picks back

  17. dawnofthedunk_

Yo Houston, can we still get those picks back for Bridges orrrrrrrrr
