Last year post all star break Jimmy averaged 26/6/6 on 62% shooting. We are nearing that time of the year so I’m hoping this means Jimmy is ready to be that number 1 option and that provides clarity for the other guys roles.

Jimmy, in a way, pissed me off last night. He was excellent. He took over when he had to, was popping balls out of their hands getting steals on defense. He actively got everyone involved.
Why he DIDNT do any of that shit this entire season is what pisses me off. He’s entirely capable, but refuses to do it all the time. He’s paid a max contract BECAUSE he has that dawg in him to go the extra mile. So when he doesn’t, he just isn’t that max guy.
I’m aware it doesn’t matter because he’s so good in the playoffs, unless we don’t fucking get there. If we are solid as a 4 seed or higher, I don’t give a fuck if he stands in a corner playing with his dick. But if we’re losing, it is on Jimmy to play his fucking heart out and rally some wins. Last night he finally did.
