We set the tone with our physicality we protected the paint and we contested all their shots and the biggest part of it is finishing the possessions with rebounds um we dominated the boards which is key for us this is another year where you guys rank pretty highly an opponent three-point

Percentage I mean is there anything that or like what do you feel like goes into that of like you guys have just consistently over a pretty long time done a good job of of limiting other teams from making threes I think it starts with uh protecting the paint when you can

Protect the paint it allows you to just contest every shot and um that’s that’s the biggest concept to keep an opponent’s three-point field goal percentage down is if they can’t get to the hold now where I can just get out I can contest every shot but once they start

Getting into your paint getting into the teeth of your defense everybody’s collapsing now they got kick out Threes And it that’s hard to get to you feel like you guys just being like a big long team is plays any part in it does it does we’re blessed with um size on the

Perimeter I mean really throughout our team we got guys that have size strength um lengthy good Defenders and uh it allows us once again to be a good defensive team and uh as far as Z and her were those guys able to practice today yeah they they got on the floor

Today they did some movement um went through practice so they’re feeling better but I’m sure tomorrow we’ll we’ll get an update and it it be be more of a game time decision you got still TVD for tomorrow probably awesome apprciate man
