Oh no he said world champion
He also missed a month of the season
bubble and one series against the lakers where he got hot against a d lo + reaves backcourt that boosted his averages
you’d think murray was mj by the way people talk about his playoff resume
Wait so Nikola still never had a teammate make an all star game?
“and this is still my boy…”
Most all-stars can’t take over games like he can, he loves the moment
Jamal Murray is Michael Malone’s special little guy
Fun fact: if had joined the Canada team this summer, he could have been an actual world champion.
Coach Malone is a dude’s dude. It probably sucks ass to be on his bad side, but there’s no one you’d rather ride with when shit gets hard.
Is Murray the new best player to not make an all star game?
Have never do
He’s right. There’s “mvp candidates” that have never and will never reach the heights that he has performing in the playoffs.
Jamal Murray is the first player in NBA history who people are like “yeah but can he do it in the regular season?”
Facts
Malone cooks
“You’re a Hall of Famer in my book”
he’s not wrong. players cement their legacy playing in the finals not in the all star game.
He didn’t make it again? This is just absurd. The guy is insanely good.
No lies told
Malone is still the biggest whiner when it comes to coaches that I’ve ever seen, he gets so sensitive in the media and acts like such a petty child.
has anyone asked Malone about Embiid’s injury yet? that’s the only thing I wanna hear him talk about
The All-Star selection/game is simply a popularity $ making contest and will never be fair to those who deserve to be on it.
Malone seems like he could cut a mean wrestling promo.
That is true, while he’s not an all star, he’s done more then plenty of the current all star guards when it matters most.
Also, all star is overrated af imo.
HoF w/o Allstar
I mean Derek Fisher was not a super star nor an All-Star but he’s a champion multiple times and done things in the playoffs that a lot of super stars and All-Stars have never and will never do.
Orange slices for everyone!
Did he deserve to make it this year? I don’t see anyone calling him a snub
I think if you’re a playmaker that doesn’t rely on FTs, you do pretty well in the playoffs in this era. The whistles get harder to come by in crunch time, but you weren’t playing for it anyways
The Kyrie and Jamal types
The DeRozan FT merchants on the other hand..
Last playoffs he gave me Curry-vibe with his shooting and how he shuts defenses 🫡
WORLD champion??
World champion without playing a world championship.
Would he get in over Lillard?
Lol he just called out all the chokers and regular season maestros
