Is it just me or does Vassell have serious tunnel vision? When there are 3.8 seconds to go with your team down 1, you have a lot of options: pump fake, draw a foul, drive, feed the rock inside… or catch it like a hot potato and heave. It seems like typical Vassell to take it upon himself and ignore everything else. I'm glad the Pels won. Sweet finish by Zion and nice work on the glass BI.
Wemby needs to demand the ball more. Vassell's a great player but he should not be taking more shots than Wemby.

Tonight the Pelicans went 15-21 from the FT line. That's decent but in the future they need to make sure they shoot better from the FT line than that.
I'm so tired of this SA team actively ignoring Wemby in "no brainer" positioning…. it literally cost them this game. And this has been an issue all season.
