Wilt and Kobe too high, need Steph in there somewhere

  2. _PercCobain_

I’d put curry over shaq for 10th and leave it as is

  3. This is an okay list- I think mine would be LeBron, Jordan, Russell, Kareem, Duncan, magic, bird, wilt, Steph, West but I’m not married to it

  4. captaincumsock69

I’d take Shaq over Kobe. I think #10 is preference between curry Hakeem and Kobe

  5. Ok_Acanthaceae6057

They to me are the consensus top 10 players of all time as of 2024.

As long as you have these 10 men in any order I’m happy. Everyone has different criteria on how they judge it.

I would switch Bird and Lebron. Lebron has had health and longevity on his side, but prime Bird vs prime Lebron it’s Bird all day.

  7. Plastic_Database_645

If Jays could crack 3 rings would one of them at least be named top 10?

  8. Frankieuhfukin

I put Bill over Kareem and Byrd over Wilt and Kobe not in top 10.

  9. dankchinaski

Pretty decent list honestly. You can quibble about these forever but there’s nothing blatantly out of whack here

  10. MFmadchillin

So many comments in here putting other people over Shaq and leaving him out of the top 10….

I mean, did y’all watch Shaq? He should be ahead of Kobe in any top 10 list.

  11. Definitely agree with Duncan over Kobe. I think Shaq was better than Kobe as well.

If Lebron isn’t better than Mike because of rings…What do Kareem or Mike have over Russell?

  12. MolicOnePGR

Hakeem should be swapped with Wilt and Curry with Hakeem, other than that this is a very solid list.

  13. finnstergrammer34

I’d swap Larry with Magic, bump Shaq to #9 and Curry to #10

  14. JaDamian_Steinblatt

Bird and Shaq are both greater than Wilt.

    Otherwise, pretty solid list

  15. One_Psychology_6500

Magic is the most overrated player of all time

  16. Ok_Seaweed_9452

No Bron fan argue for no. 1 spot? Great!

  17. averageduder

I simply do not understand people who put Kobe on these lists.

  18. IrishSkeleton

I do wish they would throw a Cavs or Heat jersey on Lebron. Maybe a 76ers jersey on Wilt, hah. Far too much yellow in there, for my preference 😅

I’m not very old, but I grew up in Illinois in the 90s. I remember every kid in my class had the same MJ bulls bedspread. I had it as well, he was something else.

I still don’t understand how kareem is so high in the list when he can’t even make the lakers become a playoff team when his the MVP of the league. He only won when Magic came around that’s why he’s maybe top 8 for me.

  21. I think, in this current moment, it’s the right 10. Is it the right order? That’s debatable. But I can definitely see KD and Steph both making a push on to this list (I think KD comes up short and is somewhere around 12-15, but Steph seems like a no-brainer top 10 all time guy when he retires), as well as the likes of Giannis and Luka (they both obviously still have a lot of work to do comparatively).

  22. Princessk8--

lol 5 lakers out of 10 and celtics only get two? what bullshit

  23. jaylengtjordan

Damn, only if KG had 5 rings, man should’ve been a top 10 all time

  24. rhythmchef

I think Kareem is the greatest, but my dad said he didn’t work hard enough on defense. He also said that lots of times, he didn’t even run down court, and he didn’t really try except during the playoffs. Then again, he’s probably heard that crap since his years at UCLA. Heck, to be fair my old man didn’t have to drag Walton and Lanier up and down the court for 48 minutes…

  25. Pitiful_Wing7157

Lakers really do own ESPN. It’s criminal they didn’t include Steph Currry, the greatest 3pt shooter of al time.
