The lack of faith in the coaching staff is the reason people doubted he’d grow as a threat away from the basket, but if you look at the improvements Okoro has made on his shot the last couple of seasons and you see the development other players like Merrill, JA range being extended for his jump shots etc, have had under this staff, the lack of faith seems a bit misplaced.
I get the lack of faith in JB, but the other coaches seem to have done a great job with the players.

I wonder if the coaching staff had an “a hah” moment where they realized they need to make a concerted effort to include Mobley in the offense. Before his injury, it seemed that he was a complete after thought. Let’s hope this continues.
