Bulls fans are ridiculous. They really think they can grab Kuminga for Caruso 😂. I know Warriors aren’t much better than them in the standings but having Curry give this team an infinitely higher ceiling than whatever guys they got. Tbf Warriors need more than Caruso but I still think people are downplaying the potential impact he could have for this team. Imo it would be similar to how OG transformed the Knicks.

Steph, Caruso, Wiggins, JK, Dray would be a deadly lineup. Get a serviceable big, bring Klay off the bench and I might low key think this team got a puncher’s chance if they make it to the playoffs.

I expect Klay to improve a lot this season, but then struggle in the playoffs again. In my mind, he can be great bench player now, but two devastating injuries have robbed him of too much, and he’s never known temperance

I sometimes forget klay averaged 22 points last season and shot 41% from 3. It was a pretty good regular season from him.

  4. with embiid out for the season in all probability with him getting knee surgery

with the warriors playing at the 76ers this upcoming wednesday i dread the reaction that kuminga will get from that 76ers fan base

i know when the injury occurred last tuesday most 76ers fans blamed kuminga for being too “wreckless” with how he fell on embiid’s knee which caused the injury

i think some within their fan base are starting to blame the 76ers org more because they believe embiid shouldn’t have been playing in the first place and they’ve had a long history of not taking care or protecting embiid who physically lets face it has always been a ticking time bomb health wise

but i still fear kuminga will feel the ugly wraith of 76ers fans this week and probably will be asked by their local media about the situation too

We get another look at the Nets players one last time in person before the deadline. I think Nic Claxton/Cam Johnson are targets. Cams money isn’t great but he’s also a 6-9 jumbowing who is solid across the board. So the premise of the Nets getting off Johnson at the expense of Claxton (who they don’t wanna match big money on) seems feasible. I think it’s gonna cost CP3 Moody and TJD and one FRP lotto protected (dont forget TJD is extreme value on a 4yr/7M contract is actually coveted by teams in conversations). If Dubs fans don’t like the price of the deal and Nets fans dont like the return it’s probably within the “reasonable middle ground” of realistic proposals.
