With the amount of interest the Pistons are showing in bringing in some veterans, I’m becoming less optimistic about getting Morris. Feels like the asking price is gonna be really high, although he’s exactly what the Timberwolves need. He’s the ideal player IMO, at least as far as realistic options go.
Pistons rotation is a nightmare. It really shouldn’t take much. He’s played like 4 games this year and is expiring. Do they really find much value in playing him 15 mins a night for the next three months and get zero return when he’s a FA this summer? 25 or 26 2nd rounder.
