Jonathan Kuminga Strong Double-Double in Warriors’ Win over Nets | Feb. 5, 2024

Because he jumps as high as he can on his jumper as mid-range or threes especially if it’s po jimsky he’s going to be comfortable kaminga there it is he had had makeable shots his first couple Brooklyn got back defensively Mega got a Draymond screen and then the pump pick on Claxton that’s

Learning right there claxton’s a shop blocker Smith Jr that’s the three-point shooter you would want to leave so that was a good idea more dangerous attacking the basket just like that kaminga attacking the basket it’s a six-point game we’re heading into the [Applause] Third kaminga how about prettier basketball there got a guy coming off for 40-point night and he’s one of eight cim Thomas is getting frustrated but that’s the movement you said Chris passing good basketball and then as you said once the trade happened he kind of of broke out but it started with

Learning how to be effective figuring out how you can impact games as kaminga figured out how he can impact this game have a good look at a three and there’s plenty of time to shoot with five kaminga on the back down at three kaminga mid-range see that time he saw

That help Defender coming and just went under him inside 5 minutes plus or f plus or minus five points words play the most in the NBA they’re 15 and 18 in those games so far Tac Toe to kaminga it’s perfect [Applause] Offense jky to a cutting kaminga and exclamation mark

Jonathan Kuminga tallied 28 points and 10 rebounds to lead the Golden State Warriors to a 108-98 victory over the Brooklyn Nets.

  1. FG% in the last 10 games comparison:

    1. J.Kuminga 60.8%, ave. no. of shots taken 15.8 (regular season FG% 53.6%)
    2. S.Curry 50%, ave. no. of shots taken 24 (regular season FG% 46%)
    3. K.Thompson 37.1%, ave. no. of shots taken 16.8 (regular season FG% 42%)

With this who should be the top option for warriors to take more shots? Also take into consideration that some of JK missed shots were converted to free throws more often than Curry and Klay

  2. Kerr and the warriors are just now utilizing kumingaโ€™s talent and size . They couldโ€™ve utilize wiseman talent and size also but Kerr was just obsessed of playing small ball

  3. Watch Without Worry Warriors! J.K. is On His Way! ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ”ฅ๐Ÿ˜„๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ˜˜

  4. Man if you are a Warriors fans you BEEN knew Kuminga was a baller and you BEEN questioning why the hell Kerr not giving him minutes. Took entirely way too long

  5. Jk should be the second option and Klay embrace the third. Wiggins to the bench along with Mooses, CP3, GPII and Looney. Boy we are good to go..

  6. The dunks are always exciting, but the bully-ball finishes against Mikal Bridges were more impressive- he's going right at one of the NBA's prime defenders, with both aggression and patience/control, and making him look overmatched, while also earning 12 free throws this game. The rapid development (with the overdue PT) is just awesome to witness- Looking truly special right now.

  7. Kuminga is the only consistent player who is helping Curry. We need to keep on feeding him the ball because he's the only player on the team that can attack the rim and draw fouls. Lets fucos on him for him to develop more on his playing and for him to gain more confidence.

  8. Probably were some Ws fans, but seems like the Nets crowd was enjoying it as well.
0:40 the finish was pretty ridiculous. And, nice assist from Steph on the coming up to screen and causing confusion.

  9. 0:43 you have to slow it down and keep pausing slowly to find it, but there is a millisecond where someone has a huge flash for a photo (I'm assuming) and lights up the whole screen during the rise / midpoint of the dunk.
Kinda neat to pause it and look at what's going on the bench and crowd.
    – white sweatshirt guy near the scorer's table looks like his mouth is open
    – yellow shirt people 4-5 rows behind the Ws bench look like they are pre-celebrating
    – girl in white behind Ws bench is standing up (I think)
    – Stanford guy has his camera out

  10. 0:40 What the heck was Steve Kerr trying to do? Looks like he's urging him forward. I'm assuming he wants Kuminga to do what he did and attack fast, lol.
1:12 Kerr literally had an orgasm on the bench after the jumper
