This is the guy you build the team around. Not just his stellar play, but his attitude and demeanor as well.
Listen to him in post game pressers and then listen to Lamelo or Miles Bridges. A completely different maturity level. Brandon Miller is going to be really coachable for a long time and if you get a real defensive minded coach in there to instill effort and accountability, the sky is the limit for Miller. I don’t think some players on the hornets would buy into defensive intensity.
A good team has a foundation of mature young men who give a shit, and don’t have an ego.
In my very unpopular opinion…..you absolutely build around Brandon Miller and everybody (and I mean everybody) is on the trade block.
