Feels like just about any contender could have done this. But a majority of them are waiting on bigger shoes to drop before building around the margins. Celtics have the luxury of a readymade roster so can act on a smaller move now.

Tillman is a GREAT defensive center, can switch, can be a solid option on Giannis, Embiid or Jokic which will allow them not to overplay Horford. He’s been BAD like really really bad on offense this season tho
