Lol if Presti actually did this hed be trolling unless they mean taking this year’s picks and getting some better ones even further down the line. We can push back the “we cant sign all these guys” problem. I personally wouldnt mind not picking 2-3 guys this year.

On a curious note,hope a GM (maybe the Rockets or Jazz) would call Presti and ask him how many FRPs would it take to get SGA/Chet/J-Dub just to give us an idea on when will Presti get satisfied with his FRP stash

I want to flip about 6 FRPs for 18 FRPs over the next 15 years. Just to make the conversation even more ridiculous. But seriously, I think the deeper our warchest gets with picks, the tougher it gets to trade them for a piece. A team might trade a starting caliber stretch 4 for 1 FRP from Boston or LA, but if OKC calls, they know we have deep pockets, suddenly that dude costs 3 FRPs. I don’t think the roster really needs a ton of changes (obviously) even though I’d love one good piece for rebounding, but I do think that the longer we sit on the stash, the less valuable every pick gets when it comes time to spend them, so long as the plan is to spend them on players and not draft with them.
