Every young player needs a vet. You could see the guys loved Thad and the other vet bench dudes. They cheer the hardest when they score

Dude is a professional. Sits for 20 games, but when he has to play, he still puts up solid numbers.

sad to see him go, true pro. Will never forget when he stole Embiids ankles

Thad was the unsung hero. High IQ. Knows when/where to position for rebounds. The quick short floater always caught bigs off guard.
I was just going to come here and talk about how in last night’s game I saw him talking *a lot* in the 4th, across to Darko and to Barnes during someone else’s FT. Even when one of the Charlotte dudes was arguing a call, you can see Thad talking to him and helping explain why the call was made.
He was so involved in educating our guys, and he delivered for us when we needed him most. Thad is that dude

Lmao this sub hates guys until they are traded 😂

Wait what’s happening to thad

This is why vets are so important to a locker room and why the quality ones like Thad and Temple are always going to have a job in the league

Gonna miss him for sure. Grear professional and vet voice, and be managed to turn his role redundancy into something fairly effective for his current capabilities, and that’s no small feat for where he’s at in his career right now.

Glad we got him for Dragic. Take care Thaddeus!

Thad was the consumate professional. Waited without complaining and when he was needed he definitely stepped up and put in the minutes.
