I don’t know why he’s so suprised. He’s 50 and plays the 4 despite being 6’5″, completely useless.

I can’t believe we have our team holding onto his shoes just so he can maintain his cringey gimmick.

PJ screwed himself. If he wasn’t gonna drop next season’s option, no one was taking him. Clips won’t buy him out for more than he wants. He’s 38, has his ring, has the team crew organizing his shoes (FFS!) and has his money. Live your life dude.

Can we swap this dude for Blake? Bring him home.

My favorite Clippers memory of PJ is BG hitting a three over him to win the game.

Lawrence Frank should’ve taken those international calls.

The Clippers can’t waive PJ Tucker because next year if we want to trade for someone his 10 million dollar expiring contract could be useful to make salaries work. If we waived him, it is just dead money, and we can’t use it in any trades.

You have a ring and are getting paid millions to literally watch basketball and essentially be a cheerleader. Get a grip, lol

  8. As long as he’s not a cancer in person and during the games…

So assuming this is about not being moved anywhere, why wouldn’t he decline his player option if he wanted out? Or is the money more important?

Will swap to ur job if u want. Wouldn’t mind getting paid a lot to have good sits to watch a clipper game 😂

No one will like you and your contract PJ. Tbf to Ty Lue, he tried you and caused us a lot of losses. Our team got significantly better when your ass was sitting on the bench. Maybe go to the Philippines to get some playing time. You’re old and small now for the league

i would just shut up and go to the beach every day. Drink milkshakes during the game. Wait for my millions next year before I retire. What a life.

  13. I get thinking you aren’t on the decline or however you wanna put it…but he’s gotta realize there’s not much of a need from the current contenders for him…

Lmao, Liangelo Ball better than you at this point Pj stop it

Don’t be surprised to see him get some minutes soon. He was riding the bench cause we thought he was gone. Now that he’s here to stay I see Lue trying to find a use for him

I feel bad for the guy. I know everyone here thinks he’s unplayable, but a lot of it IS system and bad roster fit. He can still deliver good defensive minutes in the right context.

But he made this choice not being open to a buyout. We almost certainly could’ve moved him if he’d signaled he’d renegotiate.

Now I don’t blame him. That’s a huge amount of money to let go. Take care of yourself and your family. But the options were a) get paid or b) be a buyout guy and go get minutes somewhere.

Hopefully now we can figure out a way to get him on the court at least in key spots. He could still be an asset for us in the playoffs.
