‘The Clippers have enough pieces’ – Tim Legler thinks LA’s ceiling is to WIN IT ALL π | NBA Today
As we were just talking about we did not see right the Clippers make a huge move today but it feels like their moves were already kind of made when they brought in James Harden and after those first five games they’ve been clicking they’ve been rolling in your mind do they have
Enough to win at all yeah Malik look I think their ceiling is win the whole thing now a lot has to happen in order for that to take place but the things I love about what they have in place right now kawh Leonard represents a safety net right
For Paul George he’s a safety net for James Harden he’s a security blank for Russell Westbrook and here’s what I mean by that one thing we know about kawh Leonard if he’s healthy and he’s participating for a potentially a two-month postseason run when you need
Him to be great he will be great when the situation requires it kawi Leonard is going to be on flappable he’s going to be unphased he’s not going to be affected by scheme or Personnel that you throw at him he’s not going to be affected by pressure or the moment the
Other guys that he’s playing with in different situations they have been in I think the pressure has affected them knowing that that if they didn’t play well in a particular night their team was not going to be able to win they’ve got kawi Leonard now that makes up for a
Lot of mistakes and the way he has looked and his commitment to playing almost every night this year I think that’s sending a message not only to his teammates but to the rest of the league that the Clippers have enough when you look at this Talent the role players
Around them the three bigs that they rotate in the middle they’ve got shooting and they’ve got Elite level offensive players at the top of their roster headed by kawii Leonard so I think that that’s the ceiling for this team win it all this year now it remains
To be seen can they stay healthy and can they keep this thing together for a two-month postseason run there’s no doubt they’ve got enough pieces in place right they’ve only lost six games right over their last 32 if somehow they can put that healthy run together through
The summer through June I I have no reason to believe that this team isn’t built to beat anyone I still have a little bit of a question about the Denver Nuggets I always tip my hat to the champ but it does feel like the Clippers are posed to play the best
Basketball in the postseason that we have ever seen them play Tim legler thank you so very [Applause] [Applause] much
On NBA Today, Tim Legler joins to discuss why he believes the Los Angeles Clippers have all the pieces to win the NBA Finals.

Clippers hanging their first ever banner on the first game of their new stadium itβs only right
These same MF-ers Zach Lowe, Tim Legler, Tim Bontemps, Bobby Marks always picking the Flippers year in and year out to win the championship, only to end up failing like its in their DNA π€£π€£π€£
Should've trade PJ for an all round big
NO
Yes, Kawhi can lead the Clippers to the Finals if he stays healthy, it's the most important factor of all
Thad Young is the perfect buyout target for the Clips
Uh kawhi is the only that shows up in the playoffs. PG HARDEN AND RUSS will flame out when they reach 2nd-3rd round. I mean thats who they are as playoff performers
Of course Kawhi can lead to win it all. How is this even a question?
He's done it with lesser talented roster in Raptors. Their second option in Siakam gave 19 points per game, with a decent defense, but no perimeter shooting. Their third option was in Kyle Lowry, who played great defense, averaged 15 points.
This Clippers have Paul George who can average 30 points in a series, who is also one of the best defender at his position. A third option in James Harden, who can average 20 points in his sleep, and is playing respectable defense this season. Terrence Mann, who showed us that he can score 30+ points in an elimination game, Powell, who is one of the league's most efficient scorer at the guard position, Russell Westbrook, who is giving you 10/5/5 every single night off the bench in under 20 minutes.
This Clippers team is STACKED. Their only threat is the Nuggets, who's been plagued by injuries every year, except for the last season when everyone was healthy for the first time ever. Kind of similar situation with the Clippers; they could never stay healthy. But if they do, they will win it all, just like the Nuggets last year.
He knows how to win. They have the team to do it. Its them or the nuggets coming out of the west
I'll bet one load management breaking down once again. Don't think Jokic and Murray are going to tear their ACLs either.
This is the most health theyβve had in years. They will remain healthy through the second half of the regular season and the playoffs and win the ring easily.
Clippers lose to the nuggets in the western conference finals
Itβs not a one man game people kill me itβs a team game can the clippers get to the finals as a team like he gonna do it by himself π
Toronto were chokers until kawhi.
I dont know about wayoff P or james harden though.
Here we go again last year they never give nuggets a chance nobody wanted nuggets to win and nuggets thrive on being the underdogs in their eyes and they'll thrive again just because of these clowns smhπ
Tim always cooking
Nuggets vs clippers wcf
I just can't imagine the Clippers key guys staying healthy enough for a playoff run. And PG and Harden are proven playoff failures. So I'd call this run a magnificent illusion.
As a clippers fan I think so too they have it all π―π―.
I disagree. They lack a big 4 man/PF. They always tend to lose to big frontcourts like the Cavs, TWolves and most recently the Pelicans. They had that before with Robert Covington but was traded in the James Harden deal.
