The Cavs aren’t gonna change anything when Mobley and Garland come back.
This is my answer. Every team that has tried to make it has always had to go through an obstacle, their mount Everest. For the Cleveland Cavaliers it is the New York Knicks and we will see them in the playoffs again round one.
Dean Wade is the highest rated wing stopper in the league.
Isaac Okoro is the highest rated point of attack guard stopper in the league.
Jarrett Allen is an elite rim defender.
Donovan Mitchell has been playing genuinely really good defense for the last 2 months.
And yet, Mobley is still the best overall defender on the team.
The Cavs have vastly more depth, shooting, and experience than they did a year ago. Theyre also better, stronger, and faster. JB is coaching his azz off, and the team is playing with poise, energy, and synergy.
