Since December 1st they are 22 and 4 um Kawai over this stretch 256 and 4 Listen to this 55092 shooting splits I mean that’s ridiculous uh Paul George over the same stretch 235 and three for his stats um they’ve had the best record in the NBA for nearly two months they have an

Exceptional coach they have four guys with 32 Allstar appearances between them that’s absolutely insane and um the best player is a foral former Finals MVP so he’s got that experience I mean is it arguable that the LA Clippers are the best team in the NBA right

Now um that’s that’s not a a bad statement and it’s not a crazy statement um on paper they’re they probably are the most talented team in the NBA um and I don’t think the talent was ever in question uh when this team came together and they made the trade for James we all

Knew the talent was incredible it was off the charts um their issue was figuring out how to make the talent mesh and uh I spoke on it before in the past I thought T was the perfect guy for the job and uh he’s proving me right um he’s

Figured out a way to make this thing work uh and the scary part about it as good as they are right now at this point in the season they’re only going to continue to get better and that’s the scary part about all of this so uh they’re the real deal they’re you know

They’re clicking on all cylinders and like I said they’re only going to continue to get better so I’m excited to see this team continue to grow that game that they played against Boston a few days ago was such a jolting sort of wake up to just how good this

Team has gotten I mean they treated this like a playoff game in part because Boston when they when the Clippers did not have Kawhi Leonard Boston came into LA and really kind of embarrass them a little bit so they wanted to come back and do the same thing on the Celtics

Home court but also tyu was very open before that game he said we see this as a measuring stick game he acknowledged that the Celtics had the best record in the league and just that they work on all cylinders they play defense very strong obviously huge offensive Talent

So they said this is the team on foreign soil where we want to measure up and see where we are and oh my Lord I mean they came out on such a mission it was crazy Paul George played injured on the second night of backtack so in a little bit

We’re going to talk about guys playing and resting I just want to point out that Paul George played through an injury on the second night of a back-to-back when he certainly didn’t have to and the third quarter of that game the Clippers they reeled off a 21 to zero run

Against the team that I would have said was the best team in the NBA right now the Celtics it has been crazy and their defense has been a huge part of it too I mean when you see them the question was as you point out like could they all play together

Together it seems like that’s solved right I mean that that there isn’t another obstacle for them besides health I guess uh I mean health is a big thing um it’s something that’s been you know something that’s bit them in the ass in the past but uh you know as long as this

Team remains healthy um like I said they’re only going to continue to get better and better uh the chemistry is only going to continue to grow um this is a scary team and and you know once we get to this playoff run you have these options on the floor in a seven game

Series it’s just it’s hard for me to even put a thought in my mind that a team could actually come in and beat these guys in the seven game series uh super talented team the bench is one of the best in the league um I mean when it

Comes to just comparing talent for talent in this league I mean I see a 1 a 1B and that’s the Clippers in the Celtics right now I don’t I don’t see anything really close to it so uh this this is this is a scary team and I’m excited to see what they do

Moving forward and look we’ll see in the spring right I mean Denver’s playing great by the way but they still to me have another level they can ratchet up to for the playoffs we’ve obviously seen the Lakers do that uh once they get to the playoffs if they get into the

Playoffs um but I just think that the key is right now the team that’s playing the best right now it’s the LA Clippers and that is a crazy thing to saying considering all the tumult that uh that that got us here
