> In addition to upgrading the roster and, most likely, hiring a new coach, the new exec will likely be tasked with overhauling and modernizing the team’s threadbare internal infrastructure, notably on the scouting and player health fronts.

The Hornets previously interviewed Eversley for their GM position back in 2018

Good get him outta here. One less guy from this front office the better.

Lol what exactly has Mark Eversley done while being the GM of the Bulls to even garner any interest.

Please take him, then let him hire AK as his number 2. Then we can call them MEAK instead…which is strangely appropriate….

You think ME would be the guy for that?

He would have to really boss AK for me to hire him lol. There is nothing about what this organization has done the past 2 years to inspire any confidence at all

I forget where I read this, but at one point I read that Marc Eversley wanted to rebuild, but it was AK that stubbornly didn’t want to. If Eversley does leave, I’m sure we’ll find out pretty quickly how likely it is that was true.

  7. I can’t tell you a single thing about Eversley. It seems like it’s always AK talking to the press, even though he’s the non-native speaker.
