Rob gets a lot of shit. But a lot of it stems from people trying to screw him over and the Lakers because of his agent days. As an agent his sole job was to get the best possible deal for his clients.
As a front office member, yes he’s made some blunders, but he’s also shown competence in trying to fix those. He’s patient and meticulous. Both of those things have helped benefit our organization more times than none.
