1 million dollars over multiple years is not going to do anything.

But yeah good luck on your tax write off.

Just curious, but is it a fund that these families have to let sit there? Anywhere I can get insight, I’d be curious to see how this is structured.

Sooo 1/43rd of his annual salary? And is that $1m/year for multiple years or $1m over multiple years?

I mean good for him and everything, he probably has other donations and it’s an interesting angle to pursue but $1m just doesn’t seem like that much for him.

And yes I know he pays taxes but he won’t pay taxes on the charitable contribution.

Good for Tatum. People can hate on him for being a Rival player, or thinking he is cringey with his Kobe love, but he is such a good person. He’s been in the league for 7 years without controversy and is constantly a great role model as a father and a young man. Great to see him delve more into philanthropy and really give back to the community. He is just a great guy to root for.

    This makes absolutely zero sense.

Does anyone even know what generational wealth is?
