They’re set out to do for us you know um so I don’t judge how they play based on that because that’s really not what their role is you know um but obviously they get opportunity to have a little bit of an extended role but that’s just not who they are
Right now you know um that’s not playing to their strength right now you know them being offensive minded them like posting up backing down all that’s not his game that’s not their game and so put him in that position it’s almost unfair to them um so I I’m never going to judge
That part of their game because it’s just not them yet you know thing I was most proud of is I thought our defense was incredible the whole game you know our defense was lights out um you know you hold that team that’s one of the better offensive teams in the league um
And obviously they didn’t have Zion but um man I thought we did a really good job there um 93 points for that team shoot we we did a we did an awesome job on defense in and we just couldn’t manufacture points what have you made of of baji’s
Development from Summer League until now seems like every time he gets out on the floor may get a goal tend here or there but his movement is better his ability to read is better is it is it growing to the point where you’re able to trust him in longer
Stretches yeah he’s getting better uh IU obviously is getting better you can see it every time he plays he’s starting to understand more of what we need you know um he’s a real rim protector you know um and sometimes he struggles with you know um when we change up defenses pretty
Quickly it takes him a couple possessions to figure out what we’re doing that’s just youth that’s just inexperienced there’s a language barrier there um but I think his development is really good you know and in situations like this um I want to be able to get to a point with Ebu
