Cam Thomas on his lack of foul calls when attacking the basket :

“I’ve definitely noticed a shift in officiating toward me for some reason, I don’t know what the reason is… As much as I go the basket and draw contact, two free-throws is crazy.”

The refs are simply doing everyone a favor. No one wants a Nets game to be any longer than necessary at this point.

In all seriousness though, it’s because the sports books see a ton of action on CT point total overs.

Every time Cam would use the screen to get downhill on Al Horford, Jaylen Brown would have a handful of his Jersey. It was insane with the amount of fouls he was getting away with in BROOKLYN! Could you imagine what it’s gonna be like in his arena.

Generally speaking it seems to be an issue for Refs to give calls to the Nets especially in their home, other players get the home cooking calls in The Barclays more than Nets players and that includes when they had the stars, the only explanation I have is someone in the front office pissed the Refs league off or something. Very strange.

Spencer who is known for not getting calls got an and 1 call last night in his debut with the lakers, I saw him get denied of that same drive call time and time again in Brooklyn.
