They don’t know what they’re supposed to be doing besides “effort”. Go to 1:54 and again near the end about freestyling/chickens with heads cut off.
Bridges is trying so hard not to throw people under the bus and take responsibility back to what they can control (effort) but it’s clear as day JV is a shit coach with this group. There’s just no excuse for your players not knowing what to run on offense in mid February.

Time to bury the switch everything defense. The Celtics announcers called it out two minutes in to the game saying it was gonna be a long night for the Nets if they kept defending that way.

The team doesn’t have a PG/spacing. Even if they knew what to do there’s not much to do.
Dennis Schroder can’t shoot. No coach can construct a lineup/rotation from the current roster that makes any sense.
With a better coach we’re losing that game by 35 instead of 50. Completely outmatched regardless of coaching
