Oh I definitely got one I’m married yeah uh Luke you just saw me you asking G kind of what he’s learned through this process as one of the older guys on the team what’s kind of been some of the conversations that you’ve had with him as he’s kind of learned to be a

Professional the adversity of the one game suspension and coming back to that yeah um he’s a guy that picks he picks up things quick uh he learns very quickly um he very coachable um but yeah you know you know I heard him what I was saying over there he he holds himself

Accountable he I know he he also looks to guys to hold hold him accountable and um us as older guys that have been in the league for a while um you know just throughout this season the way he’s developed um it’s great to see but we

Know that we can continue to push him and um and make him better and and help him grow and develop and uh he’s done a really good job with that and I mean even tonight during the game um you know he’s he’s great at getting to the basket

And making plays for us we need him to continue to do that and um you know big key for us was was sharing the ball and there was one time down the court where he drove he drew maybe like three Defenders and tried to go through him um

And during a timeout I I got on him a little bit I’m like hey you you did your job you got three guys on you be ready to share the ball a little bit um and literally like the the next play he got the ball he made like a great pass we

Got a great look and um so just stuff like that you know he he you know he thanked me like you know that that kind of woke me up a little bit got me going and uh so yeah stuff like that is great you know GG he he loves loves to play

Basketball and uh he just has fun with it Luke even during the losing streak y’all had played games close somehow let them get loose in the fourth quarter what was the difference tonight uh in this game uh yeah we we stayed calm um

We had a we had a Poise to us that was that was great um you know coach really you know he he called the timeouts when we needed him um really you know made sure we were in the right positions to to be successful there at the end and uh

You know guys guys made big plays you know I think uh and obviously jiren you know he he did his thing uh there in the fourth and um but even like Lamar Stevens and Jordan Goodwin I think those guys did a really good job of just kind of

Controlling the pace um just playing with the flow of the game not getting too sped up and um I thought they really did a good job of of making big plays for us tonight so it was allaround team effort um defensively we we locked in there in the fourth as well which which

Was key um got rebounds when we needed to uh until late uh um when they when they tried to get a lot of Threes up but overall fourth quarter was really good defensively and I thought that kind of helped us uh throughout the the rest of the game

How as somebody that’s tried to break into the league at one point um find a role how impressive has it been to see what Vince has done this year and then uh I guess for him to get the rising stars nod what does that mean yeah um I

Mean we’re super proud of Vince the way he’s handled everything this year and um you know coming into the year not really knowing you know what what his role um you know was how many minutes he would get all that and you know he’s taking advantage of of of all his opportunities

And um you know it could have happened to to a better guy honestly like he’s he’s a great um teammate great person uh loves basketball loves being around his teammates and and trying to get better and uh you know when when you have when you’re like that you know you’re you’re

Always a you know somebody that that has some success to it so um you know Vince he he continues to to get better and and have these these great games and you know he what he what what did he even have tonight yeah 12 128 and 7 like that’s

You know he that’s that’s what he does and we need to we need to have him continue to do that and um even though he didn’t shoot it great he impacts the game in so many other ways that might not even show up on here and uh but yeah

Like I said we’re proud of him we’re we’re excited to to watch him this coming weekend and uh I know he’s he’s looking forward to it too cool thanks
