[Woike] “I know it’s not that many,” LeBron James says of how many years left. Says he’s “50-50” on a farewell tour. Says “hopefully” he stays with the Lakers.

  1. Lmfaoo ain’t no way he goes out without a farewell tour

I think 2-3 years left. He’s not gonna wanna play at a totally regressed level of play. He’s one of a few players who’ve always averaged over 20 ppg every season of their career and I think stuff like that matters for his basketball image and accolades

  3. He’s just being modest. He will definitely have a farewell tour while dropping 40+ points in each team’s home floor one last time.

Lebron is 100% staying in the league and remaining vague about his future as a move to ensure Bronny gets drafted. He will in all likelihood stay with the Lakers until retirement (maybe do some 1 day contract sign with the Cavs) and he will undoubtedly make sure he gets a farewell tour as he has rightfully earned one.

It would be better if he would have a farewell tour with the Cavaliers, just like Wade with the Heat.

If he wins a chip at 42 and decides to quit, is that last year still a farewell tour?

Thinking from his perspective, I would want to quit on top rather than a farewell tour.

I get it. You’re doing your final season and every place you go to you have to stand in center court, watch a video, here players from another team say all these things about you, and then people wheel out a gimicky prize (a crown, a throne, etc).

Some people might love it. Some might find it awkward. Less gratifying for him and more for the fans.

  8. I think Lebron will play 2 more years so it will be his 23rd season. Bronny should be in the league by then hopefully Rob Pelinka finds a way to get him so Lebron can get his wish by playing with his son

I honestly can see him average at least 20 per game until he’s 45 years old. He’s that good/great.

  10. Yeah I doubt he’ll have the Tim Duncan non-existent tour

A farewell tour with a championship trophy

People trying to overanalyze “hopefully” as to mean that he’s going to leave. I take it as the NBA is a business and although he wants to stay he knows the organization is going to do what is in it’s best interest in regards to the future

Bron would rather gun for a chip than get a retirement tour
