Doc Rivers says Milwaukee Bucks have to make ‘changes’ after disappointing loss to Grizzlies
Hell we needed to be you know what I mean like we started out the game um I think um we gifted like five threes in a row where we were standing there we just you know dear shots um everybody in this leag can play you got to respect
Everybody U one kid made three in a row you know um and we we didn’t even adjust so that’s something um you know these losses obviously you don’t want to lose games like this ever um does that change the way I think about the team and where
I think we no it doesn’t at all um I got a lot of confidence in this group uh but we going to have to make changes as far as how we want to play every night uh and we we ease into the game that’s everybody we need our the guys that can
Play defense to be better defensively uh and we need the guys who are learning to play defense uh to be solid in rotations and things like that uh you know at the end of the game we start playing hard and we got right back back in the game
It just tells you where we where we were at all game uh these are tough games though and we knew it I think when you do all of the the little things and you do the right things you get rewarded for it you know I think a lot of coaches
That I play for they say when you’re the more aggressive team referees reward that and the game rewards playing hard and 50/50 balls and getting those extra bounces and I thought tonight um we did it in stretches but you know they’re a young team they don’t have nothing to
Lose a lot of guys playing for their their careers on the line um with this opportunity and they we gave them life and you know they they scratched and Claw and they got those bounces over us tonight you know we had a I’ve never seen a play like we get the
Lead we kind of get back in the game Rook dive on the ball get a loose ball the ball comes loose with one second left and the dude catch it and shoot a 360 to get the shot off and yanis just happen to be chasing the ball and
Fouling you know those types of plays you know that’s like basketball guys type stuff you know they just got rewarded for scratching and clawing and um you know just a little bit more effort than us you know more consistently tonight first quarter
The Milwaukee Bucks lost to the undermanned Memphis Grizzlies, 113-110, on Thursday night to go into the All-Star break having lost seven of their last 10 games.
The Bucks dropped to 35-21 and are in third place in the Eastern Conference standings.
Bucks head coach Doc Rivers said the losses don’t change the way he feels about the team or its potential.
“But we’re going to have to have make changes as far as how we want to play every night,” Rivers said. “And that’s everybody. We need the guys that can play defense to be better defensively and we need the guys who are learning to play defense to be solid in rotations and things like that.”

I think Griffin has to come back as a consultant. Or hire Rondo or Cassell as a coach.
