kinda crazy Marks will get to hire his 5th coach.. should be his last whether it’s a home run that sets us up for years, or another flame out that’ll be gone in the next 2 years
I mean when Mikal starts saying something..
Marks is gonna pull a Kiki Vandeweghe and coach the team himself
Marks should be fired to, hopefully it’s before the next coach is selected.

NY GMs who hire terrible coaches
Honestly surprised we fired him that quickly without real expectations. Good on Tsai, he learned from holding onto Nash for too long.
Just like Nash, I wish Vaughn, the best. He was a great guy, but clearly a bad coach.
Marks needs to hit on this next coach. It’s the man’s biggest weakness
Sucks bc I feel like Vaughn would have have much more success if he took over instead of Nash but here we are
Budenholzer or Jordi Fernandez. Marks needs to hit when picking this next HC or he needs to leave.
Just hope we don’t look back on this in a year as being a terrible decision. Good luck to JV

This was the right move. You can’t fault JV for the strange construction of this roster, but I think you can lay the blame for the terrible defense.
Every aspect of this team is built to play good defense. I mean, this is literally a team of defensive specialists (Claxton, Mikal, Simmons, DFS, DSJ, etc), and yet we have been a revolving door on defense the entire year. I definitely think we can improve on this area.
I’m not expecting too much from our next coach, but improved defense should be the baseline.

People were mad when KD said something and we refuted, Nash was fired after 7 games lol almost record speed run.
Maybe players know what they are talking about sometimes.
At least Doc Rivers won’t get hired.
