As a nuggets fan I’m not sure I’d want this to happen? You’d have to gut our championship team to get Luka. And defensively it could weaken us considerably. I love Luka, but I love my Nuggz, as they’re currently constructed, waaaaaaaay more!

I mean if Denver doesn't do well in the playoffs this year maybe it happens over summer, but until we see those playoffs, I would consider this a huge risk, Denver are already favorites to come out of the west, they have a Championship roster already, they would only do something this drastic if they needed it, and would have to gut an already great team in the trade to even get Luka, If they win another chip why shake things up, but if they get bounced in the conference finals for example, then maybe they look at shaking up their rosters. Offensively of course these 2 would fit better than peanutbutter and jelly, they basically do the same things on offense, only Luka leans more on scoring while Joker leans more on facilitating, both are great scorers and facilitators but each of them focuses more on one thing than the other and they fill the gaps that they have..
