Instagram post saying oh that was an easy lob for wimy uh you have him going on a podcast in which every NBA player every celebrity knows what questions they’re going to get beforehand I mean that’s like part of HR like they make sure the pr sorry I said HR PR they make
Sure that you know what questions are going to be thrown your way and it was like four or five questions about wimy so he knew what he was going into and he answered them beautifully uh and then once again now we have like little things you know I I won’t take this one

Hint like I heard some things you know we know we know he has sources so he’s he’s heard some things I’ll be honest I never bring this up because I am just someone who doesn’t care about bringing this type of stuff up but I have heard
Things as well that I think is pretty credible that maybe maybe I think at the very least the San Antonio Spurs are going to see if they can get Trey young um I really do believe that based on all the evidence we have thus far based on

Around waiting for another team to screw up that that makes it pretty tough uh so I’m assuming that they will want their picks back so we’re going to have to give them the 2025 and then with that we got so many other ones I don’t know if
They will be interested in the Charlotte one I would give that way in a heartbeat because I don’t even know if Charlotte’s going to convey next year uh that’ll probably end up being second round picks I have no clue uh another thing another option as well that that came across my
Mind and we talked about this on live stream not that long long ago you can also give them your top pick okay this season because we allun especially okay especially of Toronto’s stands and we get that like seventh overall pick for Toronto I would very like I very much so
Be comfortable giving them that top three top four uh pick and the reason being is because the skill Gap in this 20124 draft isn’t as insane as it was you know a few years prior especially with the women banama uh sweep States like it’s it’s not this huge of a gap
Like for instance pick number six go you can go do this you can test it out for yourself go look at mock drafts like no one agrees on anything it’s absolutely insane uh how players are all over the place it’s because there’s so much talent or the talent gaps aren’t that uh

The only good reason, or at least the most important, for a trade in the summer would be to prevent the AD/Young pair which could hinder the Spurs' title quest in the medium or long term.
The spurs have all the leverage.
The spurs should control what they give back. I wouldn’t give back the 25, if they refuse to deal after that, walk away from the table.
No other team can give a better package.
Now if they want to package young Capela and someone else? Then we can have a conversation

I'm not for or against a Trae Young trade. but hopefully we but some real forth thought b4 making the move. Why trade him now he still has years on his contract? reason is to get in the 2025 draft….. a draft that we should what to be in.
For all the naysayers against a possible trae young trade and are stuck on only building thru the draft, this is not okc first time building their team thru the draft. Both teams have netted okc 1 finals appearance and 0 rings. Also all 3 superstars of their previous core are still playing but not for okc. A mix of trades and drafting is the way to go.
If TY does get traded to the Spurs and the Spurs are able to keep DV and JS, how do people feel about adding Klay to fill the starting SF spot?

For me, the question is whether we will be able to compete with OKC over the next few years. They are the other YOUNG team that is up-and-coming in the West and they are ahead of us in development. We know that Wemby surpasses Chet, but can Trae Young be the SGA of the Spurs? Is he good enough to make us competitive with OKC? What do you (anyone!) think? Personally, I'd love to have Trae! I think he would make us WAY better offensively and we have enough (or can draft enough) defensive talent to make up for any deficiency there. When it comes down to the final minutes of a game, teams need stars who can take over and make high-pressure plays and shots. I think Wemby has that in him and so does Trae. We need that clutch shooting on our roster!
