What this has done to them and just just in terms of the way they view their job in the way that I think it’s actually for some guys out of coaching because they just don’t even want to deal with this and I actually agree with a lot of

But here’s the thing it’s professional sports now it’s professional sports let’s call it what it is guys are getting paid to play but it’s professional sports without any restrictions really whatsoever on the player they can take money to go to a school and it doesn’t work out for them

And so that’s where we’re at right now and I think the only solution may be a contract where now you have a situation where the player has some restrictions on what they do and there is some sort of something in place to keep them more tied to the university they signed with

In the first place here’s the only thing I will say when it comes to the coaches who are complaining that they can’t keep their rosters together I don’t know that I can put it any more clearly than this I have zero interest in hearing from them let me give you a statistic in

2018 21 college football coaches were hired at the division one level 21 of them do you know how many of those remain today at the school where they were hired one now some of them were fired but most of them were not most of them moved on to better opportunities
