On Thursday afternoon and that of course is injury related as star sabonis has been downgraded to doubtful and looks like he will not play with an illness tonight so we seen a three-point line move down on Sacramento and we’ve also seen the total drop from 244 A5 down to

240 A5 so the question becomes is this an overreaction do we trust the Spurs or is there now value with Sacramento and the over and I think yes to the latter if you’re going to play this game I would still lay it with the minus 8 and

A half and we’ve seen teams often step up for several years now when they start playing player is out and the fact that both teams have been off for the past week coming in off the All-Star break I think the other Sacramento players will step up and the kings are at up incoming

Team now for the second straight season they have a nice winning record after the All-Star break and they’re not going to overlook the worst team in the Western Conference perhaps the worst team in the NBA right now um the Spurs did not have good current form losing

The 240 A2 um this is a terrible defensive team in sa San Antonio and I think they’re going to look to play fast like they’ve been doing this season and Sacramento should be able to score at will uh Kings have been lacked at times on defense um but without sabonis in the

Lineup they’re actually a lower scoring team obviously on offense but they’ve been a better scoring team defensively as well um when sabonis if you do per 48 minutes 100 possessions this season um when sabonis is on the court they get out scored ball almost a Point per 100

Possessions when he’s off the court they’re plus one so you can even make an argument they’ve been better this year technically without sabonis so although I’d probably lean over still because I don’t like that San Antonio defense I think the best play here is Sacramento

Minus the 8 and a half we’re getting a three-point line move without a superstar sabonis but if you look at the Kings this year they’ve been just as good statistically with him off the court and I think they’ll remain focused here and beat up on one of the worst
