This Is EXACTLY Why The Knicks Got BOJAN BOGDANOVIC!

The Knicks made a somewhat splashy deal at the deadline sending out Quinton Grimes Evan fornier and two second round picks for boan and Alec Burks boan brings another bucket getter to the lineup that can get his on and off the ball he shooting 52% from three with the

Knicks on six attempts per game while supplying 16 points off the bench in the last two games I think really showcased exactly why the Knicks were so interested in him because he’s a professional scorer who can get it done at all three levels yesterday against the Sixers he showcased his shooting

Ability outside of this play right here where he backs down buddy hee multiple times to hit the heavily contested fadeaway jumper he’s a tough shot maker as you can tell he only took a total of zero dribbles outside of that fadea away to put up 20 points he had 22 points

Against the Sixers overall while only taking three dribbles to score the basketball Klay Thompson es performance just playing within the flow of the offense let’s take a look at the Brilliance of boan he’s a smart intelligent player Dante beats his guy off the dribble look at Boon make

Himself available for the pass now the defense is screwed since Ricky Council his guy took away the big campaign has a far rotation he doesn’t do a terrible job at rotating but here’s where Boon’s insane quick release comes into play it’s wild catch and boom right into the

Shot catch boom because of the quick release he’s not going to feel that contest nothing but net and some players in that situation are not quick enough to just catch and fire away so they got a pump fake or something take it off the dribble not boan he can get his shot off

In 2 seconds and isn’t afraid of a Defender closing out hard on him and a lot of critics will point to his age and be like that is a concern but his age has resulted in him mastering the little things it’s why he has been a 15 plus

Point per game scorer over the last six years Josh Hart throws an off Target pass which means the defender will be able to take away that shot potentially with a closeout right nope because immediately he catches he hits the jab step Rooney and that freezes the

Defender it makes him step back just a bit and once again that’s all he needs to fire away from Deep two steps ahead of the defense as a scorer at all times such a subtle little move but that jab step created that three-pointer and this play is just ridiculous he catches right

Here you think okay he has to dribble to create something nope little jab step to create contact with the defender quickly separates from from him and that’s enough airspace for him to hit this three-pointer and let me tell you this was a momentum changing shot the Sixers

Were on a run and then he hits that insane contested shot that is absolutely deflating for the opponent adding another scorer and tough shot maker who can score from anywhere on the court will be huge for them come playoff time and from our sponsor bet us the Knicks

Have the third best odds to win the Eastern Conference at Plus 700 only behind the Milwaukee Bucks and the Boston Celtics in my opinion they should be ahead of the bucks when healthy they are just a more complete team on both ends of the floor and have been more

Consistent I’d get in on the Knicks odds right now because I made a bet on them to win the east on January 31st and the odds at the time were plus 1,200 they are dropping each victory for the Knicks and H honestly I would not be

Surprised if they end up with the second best odds in the east as they have an easier schedule than the mili bucks to end the season bet us will give you 125% bonus not only on your first deposit but on your first three deposits up to

$2,500 with the promo code join 125 plus they’ll give you a 10% gamblers insurance for your net losses if you’re active every 6 months now the thing is he can score at all three levels and that’s huge because there will be games where his three ball isn’t falling hence

The last game before the allstar break vers the Rockets he was one of five from Deep he couldn’t get anything to fall but the thing is his mechanics are so good and his shot is so lethal it doesn’t really matter you can still count on him at any time to hit that one

Big three-pointer to potentially swing the ball game in the fourth quarter Nick’s down by five he’s coming off a screen immediately fires with confidence you would think he was five of five from three at this point with that type of confidence the Knicks have multiple guys

Now on the roster where even if it isn’t their KN you can still count on them to hit a clutch three when it matters most and despite being cold from Deep he’s still had a very productive game offensively because he’s not a one-dimensional scorer mismatch on HDE

Dribble to the paint and then quickly spin the opposite direction and then perfectly Kiss It Off The Glass to avoid the shot blocking big man he still will draw Closeouts as well even if he’s cold in transition the big man is petrified of his shot so he gives up the driving

Lane easily finishes while getting pushed to the ground and one and of course he can get you a bucket in the iso situation from time to time the floor is perfectly spaced he eats up the space given to him by the defender then he hits the quick right to left through

The legs burst the speed and that gets him to his spot then the subtle yet effective side step creates enough space for him to shoot it over his Defender and then look at where he draws the defense he’s one of five from three keep in mind at this point he still has the

Gravity where his guy is defending him above the three-point line that is what you call respect one slow dribble hesitate burst the speed absorb the contact all the way to his spot and then fade away to get as far away from the contest as poss possible he is a

Professional bucket getter is that plain and simple he’s also been there done that playoff tested he’s not afraid of the big moment he will not even feel pressure in the playoffs because he really doesn’t have much to prove at this point in his NBA career and in 2022

For the Jazz he averaged 18 points per game in six playoff games and then the year before that he averaged 18 points as well he can score the rock in a playoff setting and not only that but he did it efficiently he’s not the best defender but the Knicks went healthy had

Plenty of Defenders to clean up his mistakes to where he will also be matched up versus one of the least talented offensive players he also is very smart on that end of the floor he knows where to be it’s just that he’s 34 years old and he’s not the fastest and

Quickest off his feet at this point so in space he can be taken advantage of but in my opinion if he’s on top of his game the offensive output that you’re going to get from him off the bench will far away outweigh his defensive limitations in my opinion especially

Considering last playoffs for the Knicks one of the main issues was when Brunson was out of the floor there was no consistency offensively especially against the Miami Heat and boan if he’s feeling it he can carry a unit offensively for 5 minutes that’s all I got though let me know your thoughts

  1. Jeremiah 29:11 – For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. God bless! Jesus is the way and saves! Psalms 62✝🤍

  2. Bojan is a player with a high basketball IQ.. if you watch him he's always reading the game so he knows where to be all according to where the guy with the ball is or he's going.. bojan is super-significant on any team.. thank goodness we have him.

  3. Knicks gonna make some noise for a couple more years..but they need a center that doesnt get hurt all the time.

  4. Your exactly right. Bojan will be crucial come post season for offense. Im still giving Randie the benefit of the doubt from his playoff injuries before especially seeing how much smarter hes played this season in control and his passing, vison and ball movement really elevated and hes attacking inside more which is his ultimate strength with his power and agility but hes gotta really play like a star having Brunsons back in the playoffs this time or im done. Hopefully his shoulder is fine by then. All the rest of the guys were trash in the playoffs. RJ had some games where i thought he figured last playoffs it out but hes still way too inconsistent. But yeah i think OG and Bojan and Divincenzo will make a huge difference this time compared to Quickley, Grimes, and RJ. If we get Mitch and everyone is actually healthy when the playoffs come. I really like our chances this year. Never felt this about the Knicks in my life. Feel like we can beat anyone when we get fully healthy.

  5. As a basketball fan I’m kinda ashamed to say this but I had no idea bojan bogdanovic was this skilled. I knew he was a great shooter but damn he’s even got a shades of my favorite player ever Carmelo Anthony with his middy post, jab steps, and that rip through corner three

  6. Wanted the mavs to get him since he was on the nets, awesome player, very smart, high IQ, can shoot the ball anywhere on the floor. Would have been perfect for Luka.

  7. Donte and Bojan can hit threes. Hart and OG can play defense. JB and Randall can score. Loaded team, IF healthy!
