He has legit played like our second best player all season when healthy. Just need him to find a way to stay healthy for 65+ games moving forward. This version of Hunter paired with JJ, Trae and OO can be the core of a very solid playoff team (still don’t think Trae/DJM work defensively as a backcourt so one must go imo).

The Hunter that we need is the one that plays in 65+ games every season. Dunno if that guy exists.
Meh, 1.5 assists is BRUTAL and his defense is bad for a starting SF. A black hole that can’t defend isn’t very impressive
no reason for him to be on the team next season
“He’s finally developing into the guy we thought he would be” has been said about Dre like 15 times in his career. He’s been in the league long enough that we know who he is.
If we had gotten him at 10 instead of 4 in that draft, I think that people would be a lot more supportive of him. The problem is that that draft pick was our best shot to get a second star next to Trae, and barring a miraculous improvement that isn’t going to happen. People are naturally frustrated with him because of what he could’ve been
